Order Cancellation:
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. We believe in sustainable and mindful production.
Return & Exchange Conditions:
Our Products are made to order and are specially crafted for you with utmost love and care and hence we do not accept return/exchange but we'll be happy to alter the same for you.

If you find the product to be damaged in transit please drop us an email at support@rasro.in .
Please make an uncut unpacking video of the received parcel. Record the package from every angle and show the sealed packet on camera along with the printed shipment label. Record the unpacking of the product and check it thoroughly. If a defect is noted, please record the same clearly on a camera. Ensure that the video shot is uncut and shot continuously without any editing.
We would be happy to provide a refund or exchange only for damaged products. All products should be returned with the tags intact and in their original packaging.
Once we check the returned product, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted. Cost of sending the return courier has to be borne by customer.
