Shipping policy

We ship Monday-Saturday each week. We aim to dispatch orders generally within 3-5 business days from the date of payment made. However due to some recent events, we have increased our dispatch time to 5-8 days. Our team is working hard to resolve the issues as soon as possible, and until that time, we appreciate your cooperation. . This may differ for custom orders and is subject to stock availability.

Domestic Orders:

Shipping Calculated at checkout, free shipping over 499. The estimated delivery time after dispatch is 3-5 business days. We are partnered with Delhivery Express & DTDC Priority.

International Orders:

For international location - we currently have NO restrictions. We are trying our best to keep our shipping service. Please read all International Shipping points below.

  • All international orders are to be placed via our email support@rasro.in or by instagram messages.
  • We have variable shipping charges depending upon the location and the weight of the parcel.
  • Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail within 2-3 hours of placing the order.
  • We don’t have any Transit insurance.
  • If for any reason customer doesn't accept/claim the delivery , we will not be liable for any refund.
  • Kindly bear with us for any unprecedented delays.

Duties & Taxes:

RASRO ships internationally from Fatehpur, Uttar pradesh to your provided address. Occasionally customers might need to pay additional import duties and taxes after a shipment reaches their country due to the nature of international shipping. When additional customs charges are incurred, you are responsible for paying them. RASRO assumes no responsibility for the non-delivery of orders if these taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address. In such situations, refunds will not be issued.



Tracking:

The tracking number for your item will be emailed to you when it has shipped. To keep track of the delivery date, we recommend checking the tracking updates frequently. The customer is responsible for managing and receiving their shipments. You can contact us right away at support@rasro.in if, for some reason, your parcel has been lost or damaged during transit.
